store had some meaty beef backs for $4.99/lb. couldn't say no. threw the on the "egg" (not really a BGE, but for $500 I think it compares well)
football was delicious on Sunday. Got docked a point or two for fall off the bone, but mama likes them that way. The ONLY beef i use sauce on.
