I've had these pork bellies vacuum sealed in a Maple wet/dry rub for around 10 days in the fridge, then dusted with a little Slap Yo Mama!. Into the Rec Tec at 180 degrees until around 150. More pics to come.

Not the best pork belly I've bought from Costco, but still better than store bought bacon.

THAT is the kinda lunch I'd order...if they made it. Looks fantastic. Couldn't have it for dinner, I would fall into a food coma.
