Good looking brisket by the way! Why don't you wrap that in foil and throw it in a cooler, flights leaving daily from Los Angeles, ....we could eat it together on the deck.
Consider yourself blessed, I've only smoked brisket twice in 2 years, we don't get them that often, so there are drawbacks to living here.
