going to be doing some chicken drumsticks this week sometime. What side(s) should I or my wife make? Wife doesn’t do beans, and my son is lactose intolerant, so has to be something between those lines. Thanks ahead

My standby is potatoes

In a gallon bag mix evoo, pepper, seasoned salt, garlic powder and onion powder.

Cut potatoes into bite sized pieces and pay them dry then into the bag of goodness, mix until all are coated.

Use a slotted spoon to put potatoes on a cookie sheet and bake at 425 (flipping them once) until tender

Brussel sprouts, smoked with bacon on top for a couple hours, then sliced in half, and finished in a pan in which the aforementioned bacon was subsequently fried up (after the smoke), in a 350• cooking appurtenance.

(My dead mom, the English Teacher, is rolling in her grave after that sorry excuse for a sentence , but you get the idea)

Sliced potatoes in a foil packet with butter and onions or whatever you like is hard to beat . Thrown on the grill .
