I'm new to this, so I was wondering is there any kind of foods that I should not cook in my smoker?

I don't know about that, not only did he leave colored eggs in the yard, he also left something that looked like milk duds, but they weren't milk duds.

I did a Tasty Kake once, it was horrible.
Ronp once did cheetos, can't remember if he liked them but I'm pretty sure he said they weren't.
Rice is iffy-have tried a few times with a bag of seasoned rice but the smoke flavor never came through at all so maybe cold smoking rice is the way to go if at all.

Now something that is really good smoked, pizza!
And I'm not talking fresh homemade, for that you would need a pretty high temp for the crust to bake properly but frozen pizzas, whatever brand you like is wonderful in the smoker.
I lay them on a piece of foil (the bottom of the crust will absorb too much smoke) and cook until they are about 70% finished then finish in the oven directly on the rack at their specified temp.
An absolutely wonderful dip that pairs with smoked pizza is some ranch dressing (jalapeno ranch if you can find it) with a little chipotle powder or a nice chipotle rub if you have one.

My wife's vegetables!!! I don't know why she feels the need to put veggies in my smoker.

Anything you can cook, you can smoke. Just think of smoke as the flavor & the smoker as a huge outdoor oven. (And as far as the other posts above this one, OMG....U guys are 2 FUNNY!!)

LMBO!!!!!!!! GREAT replies, fellas!

See my avatar...I'll try almost anything...twice if I like it! heh-heh-heh!!!!

Actually they were not bad. You could also add some other flavors if you want for heat etc.
