Hey guys,

So I am hooked on smoking now and although I know that one can continuously perfect the skill, I was wondering what you may suggest as my next project...

So far I have tried the more forgiving meats; pork butt, baby back ribs, and whole chicken. What should I try next?

Cheers!

How about a nice chuck roast for pulled beef? Or a top or bottom round for sammies? That would let you add some beef smoking to your resume

yep....chuckies are always good and less $$ than a brisket if you screw up.... Hurry before beef prices go through the roof for Summer. Bear has a great tutorial for doing chucks.....I used it my first time out with one......Willie

Brisket, Meatloaf, Prime Rib, Turkey, ABT's, should I continue
