What is your favorite hot sauce?

I like Yellow Bird, for a thicker clingy kinda sauce, and for thin and vinegary, I like Texas Pete's.

I very much enjoy a good hot sauce, and am always on the lookout for new good ones to try.

My favorite at the moment is Secret Aardvark Habanero ,but I’d love to hear from you all what you’re favorites are!

We passed through a "funky hot sauce" phase a few decades ago. We'd get various Caribbean hot sauces with crazy names that we'd use by the drop because they were insanely hot.

We moved on from that. Now, for the last decade, our favs are Seracha and Frank's Hot Sauce. Tobasco, both red and green, have taken a back seat, but are still in our pantry for all the 51 years of our marriage.

We met at work, fell madly in bed together, and were married 5 months later. Many would say that situation wouldn't lead to a long marriage, and I would generally agree. We must be the successful outlier in that statistic.

This discussion comes around every few years, but nice to start again as taste changes.
Texas Pete is my favorite for widely available. Confirmed when visiting an old Cuban sandwich shop in Tampa. They use Texas Pete.
My son got me a bottle of a Baltimore Fish Pepper sauce that is my overall favorite

Mine, too for a very, very long time. But lately I've found that the vinegar taste is unappealing. Maybe my taste buds are changing, but I'm looking for similar heat, maybe a little more, but less vinegar. Texas Pete will still be on the shelf here, though...
