OK SO YES ITS A PAINT PICTURE BUT I WOULD LIKE TO GET AN AKORN WHILE I TRY AND BUILD THIS. WHAT IM I NOT SEEING OR PREPARING FOR. I HAVE PUT CONSIDERATION ON A SMALL TRAILER FROM HARBOR FREIGHT OR CASTORS.

About the picture......  Is that what you want to build ??   If so, I would suggest build 2 separate units.....  Griller and a Smoker....  Dave

I like the the potential of the stacked double smokers. I will probably also build a single UDS for while I work on my masterpiece. What is the solution for people who want to hang stuff? I hunt for a lot of meat, and I like the idea to be able to smoke my own summer sausage from venison. What is everyone's input. And thank you for the continued warm invites.
