Happy Easter Lisa...I will be having the family over to my place. I am planning 3 home cured hams, a brined turkey breast, Dutch's WBB's (first for me) a pizza fatty and some ABT's.

I will also be making my broccoli salad and some real mac and cheese. I may just smoke the mac and cheese too...havent decided yet.

So there it is in a nutshell...q-view will follow at some point tomorrow evening.

turning a corned beef into pastrami,..........abts..............left over dutch's beans..........which are better the second time around anyways

lets see............OH YEAH

happy easter Lisa

This year Easter Sunday also happens to be my only remaining Grandmother's 83rd birthday...so, me and the kids are taking the Easter ham to her place...Mom, little brother, li'l Sis and her two kids'll be there, too! Gonna be a great time!!!

Happy Easter to all!

Cheers,
Brian

got a 16 lb picnic ham gunna do on the webber.if youve never done a ham on a grill before youve never had a good ham.and its so easy you just place the ham over a drip pan surounded by coals and virtually leave it alone for about 4 hrs only adding a few new coals now and then.the bark gets about a 1/2 '' thick and is to die for. i'll try and take pics for a q view.cant wait my mouth is allready watering.

We'll be here as well as the inlaws and brother in law. I gave them a choice between brisket and pulled pork. They chose pulled pork so I've had a 5 and 6 lb butt on now for 3 hours. Will start spritzing with apple juice now.

We are having turkey, ham, cabbage rolls (all stove and oven cooked) baked beans and Abt's in the smoker. Might do beef roast in the smoker. Not sure about the roast.

I am working all easter, and I cant even stay up late as I work day shift at the prison near me. Guess them the breaks for being a correctional officer

I have to work tomorrow (but I picked this holiday so I dont get the Thanksgiving/Christmas workday) and we had 2 friends over with thier kids, had a great ham, green beans, mashers, rolls, deviled egss, and some cake and watched 'No Country for Old Men'. Was a wild movie. I wont say anything else unless someone hasnt seen it.

Happy Easter everyone :)

Getting up early with my wife and 6 children. We'll read the account of Christ's ressurection then film the kids trying to find their Easter baskets. Then it's off to church and my mother-in-laws house for the traditional Easter egg hunt. She saves all of her silver change all year long and puts it in about 300 eggs for my 6 and their 2 cousins to find. Happy Easter to all!
