Yes. And the RV stays there year round. Everything is included except electricity and propane. So the land is only leased? Do you keep the RV there year round?
Thanks Jim!Grand Design makes some nice RVs. Looks like you got a nice one!

Thanks. We've thought about this as well. And if we move it. It would be rare. Only if we decide to locate somewhere else for various reasons.Just food for thought, at the price of a truck these days you can pay for a TON for towing service to move it around and you don't have to have the "white" knuckle experience of the intown navigation with a 41ft rig.... If I were planning on a seasonal set up, I would strongly consider that....ie a truck to pull that will likely be at a similar price point or more if you get the bells and whistles on it.
I mentioned your post to Mrs C and that got her looking and she came across some recreational sights you actually purchased the "site" and they had a concrete pad, utilities and a covered patio area. These were not too far from us and in "mountains"......We might need to think about the future sooner than later.......I mean with star link I could work remotely from camp all summer....that has some appeal to it!Thanks. Thanks! I'll probably just have someone move it for me.Very nice unit Steve and huge. I'm with John if you think about pulling it a FL70 or above would be a very good idea with that monster behind you.
That's a fact!I'm sorry we can no longer compete against " The Master Enabler " or maybe don't want to!![]()
Just another occasion where I enabled myself................big time!!!!Looks awesome Steve! Sounds like a good investment into your future. I'm sorry we can no longer compete against " The Master Enabler " or maybe don't want to!

A friend of mine has a 44'fifth wheel. He said he'd move mine for me if I want to change locations. Cool of him.Fantastic Steve, nothing like that new RV smell, lol
Really that is a great rig. And we enjoyed being seasonal's at different campgrounds for years.
I am not one for dragging a big RV around. Leave it set up and enjoy it right where it is. And if you get tired of that location , move on.
Again , nice rig Steve

Nice! some great fishing there from what I remember in college.Site is picked! We decided on Brennan on the beach in Pulaski NY. Home of salmon fishing. Nice site with a new cement pad for the shed and golf cart. Sorry no pics. But here is one with the slides open on one side.

Getting delivered next weekend.
Sure is! They were lining the bridges this weekend too.Nice! some great fishing there from what I remember in college.
Thanks! That's a nice rig! The size of this fifth wheel makes me feel small standing in front of it! 13.5' high is impressive. Even though it is only a foot taller then our A.Steve Nice rig! 5th wheel trailer are so efficient on space. We started with a 30' bumper tow. Liked camping but wanted a little more room. Got a 34' Montana High Country. We love it perfect size for us. 41 foot is whole other dimension. I moves one for some friends this spring 42'. It was like ours but had another room. Awesome for you!
We.are leaving for Florida in January and returning to Ohio by way of Arizona. Visiting/ Reconnecting with old friends.
Take care, Safe Travels
