Scorpion tails are on the menu, ribs on the grill and pork shots too. It’s in progress.

Great finger food.
How do you cook the scorpion tails?
A place in Seattle area served the best bacon wrapped prawns. Would have been much better with a slab of jalapeño in the roll.

Jalapeño wrapped under. Then smoked/BBQ. Can finish with sauce but lots of stuff coming off the pit soon. I seasoned these with tajin seasoning then wrapped them.
