I sure appeals to my taste buds ! POINTS ! ....and no you can not hoard too many pits and smokers, each one has a special use and a place in the back yard. My porch looks quite similar.

Is it just me or does it seem at the bigger group gatherings that the beef goes faster than the pork usually? I noticed when I did my nieces HS grad party a few years ago.
