Hello all. I've been smoking meat for well over a decade. I am currently using an Acorn smoker, but previously used a brinkman charcoal horizontal smoker. I have done a few smokes over the winter, but am really looking forward to a little nicer weather and many long smokes.
I eventually want to attempt a commercial fridge conversion, but it's going to be a while until I can get to it. Until then, I will enjoy using what I have and what I can make!
