Hey all. Just spent my first weekend with a ECB and enjoy everything that I put in it. Two racks of St. Louis style ribs and about six or so split chicken breasts. I have a butt for next weekend and may start smoking turkey for me and my old lady for lunch. My next project will be a UDS and getting the old cinder block cold smoker my grandfather built but never taught me how to use up and running for a ll the venison I have been getting and my future hogs...thanks for having me and I will pitch in where I can.
