What is the proper name of the football roast in venison? I've always called it a sirloin or sirloin tip but heard the Bearded Butchers call it the round tip which makes no sense to me. Thanks all.

I've heard it called something else also but can't remember.
I just settled on Sirloin Roast.

I grind those suckers for good ground venison. I save the top and bottom round roasts for "steak" cuts, where I really like the bottom round for venison fajitas :D
