Tested out two hot honey recipes. One with honey jalapeños the other with honey and hot pepper cheese. Need more honey but the heat level was spot on. Honey changed the texture and mouth feel quite a bit in my opinion. More batches to come when deer season rolls around.

Noticed your signature. Some nice equipment.
Motorized stuffer is next on list to buy to replace the manual one I have.

I love mine plus i don't have to worry about having another person if im doing large batches.

Nice job, and as said above, that is quite an impressive list of sausage making equipment!

Just curious about your comment on how the honey changed the texture...in what way?

It does look good on this side of the monitor.

Agree 100% about how the clean-up is a chorse!

It’s seems softer, almost more moist without the addition of water hard to describe l but just a change in the cooked texture vs my recipes without honey
