Hi guys.
I know this might sound a rather stupid question but is there a way i can smoke a sausage without a casing? Or to use some kind of reusable cloth to make smoked sausage paste? I was trying to make a portuguese kind of sausage but since i never eat the casing, i thought it would save me some time and money.
