uploading pictures

i am not computer literate, but how to you load pictures to this forum?

Here are a few screen shots of the buttons to press:

Select that button to start.

Then press this button.

After you press that button, a window will open asking you to pick which file you want to upload. You'll pick the file and select the "Open" option. The file will then upload, you'll see a progress bar going left to right as it uploads, and then you'll hit to the submit button.

Another option: have the picture already out somewhere like flickr or photobucket. Use its URL in the same dialog box shown above.

It's easy and with practice , you can put them anywhere... I load to new shots and re-load to my profile section (embed them ). . .
