I do it all of the time with no problems. I don't know what to tell you to do.

Is it that you don't know how or there is some sort of problem with the process?
A few details might help someone help you come up with a solution.

I click the image icon, choose upload from my device, select my picture, the screen says uploading, but when it finishes, no picture embedded in message.
