I posted this up on the site before the redo. so i figure we could start this again.
anyone up at 3am smokin go ahead and post up what ever u want....this thread is for the diehards....I would post up my stuff but will not make it till 3am tonight......can't wait to see what ya got !!

Its 4:28 am here now, I just saw your post. I have been up smoking some pork shoulder boneless slices. Yummy as all get out, but I ate too much and now looking for some plop plop fizz fizz to settle my stomach.

The enemy is not the oven the enemy is the person who weakens and uses the oven.

I need the oven for making bread, although I have made bread out in the back yard in my dutch oven.

Now with qview ...... best I could do on short notice.....

lol...gotta remember to check in on this thread...at a car forum i go to we have one. and it has grown...it's sorta neat to have threads like this..plus we want to see who is "realy" dedicated to smokin...lol
