All in all, how do you like the way the drum cooks? I'm flabbergasted with mine...

I really enjoyed it. It's going to take some practice to master (like my stick burner). But the low maintenance was great during the game.

I'm afraid I put my seond rack too low...Also, it was funny how sometimes when I opened the lid for a mop, the temp SPIKED. And others, it dropped from letting all the heat out.

Like I said, just need a lil bit more practice.

What a great cook out on the UDS! That cupcake chicken really caught my eye, gonne have to smoke some with a little Yoshidas.

Would you inject w/ Yoshidas and mop? Or one or the other?

I would soak for a bit, maybe an hour, get it on the smoke and brush some here and there with a silicon brush, they work great, got mine at the dollar store, picked up a few.

Thats just how I roll.
