Going to do ribs this weekend how would i do ribs and chicken quarter at the same time
 
The chicken is only going to take about half as long as the ribs. So put it on about 2-3 hours after the ribs. Just don't put the chicken on a rack above the ribs. No chicken juice on the ribs. Rib juice on the chicken is OK.
