Fried (airfried these days) a lot of wings and have smoked a lot of wings but have never done both to a load of wings.Gonna pre-smoke my wings and then finish them off in the air fryer.Will post up results and a few pics later today.
 
Sounds good. Do you have a go to for how you do wings in the smoker? I haven’t tried them yet but I’ve been planning on it for one of my next few cooks.

Awesome wings.Spog and into the MES with a tube of char/hickory blend pellets.Between smoker and fryer a bath of Melindas Tiika Masala and into the fryer for a few minutes until crisp.Insane.

Bonus smoked chili.Other half will never give her recipe away...other than it was smoked in the same smoker as the wings.
