hey folks!

I got 4 sections of turkey wings with the tips cutoff for .75$ a piece!! Been wanting to do turkey wings for awhile now. Like turkey legs but cant stand the white tendons that are all throughout the leg.
What temps do y’all think I should take these to?
Let me know soon here cause I’m gonna start up the smoker in a bit here.
Thanks!! I’ll post some pics later. Just finished eating gumbo for lunch and am relaxing right now

Jbellard, I would go to 165*. I don't think I've ever seen turkey wings on sale around here. Can't wait for the pic's.

Have them on the grill/set up as a smoker and will probably cook them at 275-300 then towards the end crank up the heat to 325 to crisp up the skin.
Should be good.

Dang, either you have really small hands or those wings are huge.

They sure looked good and had good flavor but I cooked them a bit too hot and they weren’t so tender. Also the big drummette part was missing and is the good part. Need to be cooked low and slow.

I have only seen them here sold as whole wings , so I was wondering why just the one section . They sure look good .
