Turkey practice

I have smoke a ton of turkeys in my time, but this is my first attempt at spatchcock turkey .
13 pounder.Hope everyone is having a good Saturday.

I found after spatchcocking my first turkey, that I wouldn't go back to normal (unless I decide to fry). It was definitely a much more even cook.

I did my practice 2 weeks ago. Spatchcocked is the way to go. Yours looks good.
