Turkey in a Stump's smoker

Has anyone done their turkey cook in a Stump's smoker?

I am thinking of doing a charcoal only cook for Thanksgiving as 325 F.

Any advice from folks who have done this before is welcome and appreciated.

No I haven't, but I'm a fan of cooking turkey's at 300+. Anything lower makes them too dry in my opinion.
