I cut my 23 pounder in half.  Put it on at 5:30 @ 250 degrees.  Ran a 5k and came home.  It was already done.

I pulled it out put it in a foil pan, sprayed it with apple juice, and wrapped it in foil.  Got the smoker down to about 130-140.  Will it be OK for  about 2 more hours?  If I keep it like that should I keep applying apple juice?

If it's foiled, I'd keep it warm for one more hr, then turn off the heat & let er rest for an hour before carving..... It'll be just fine ! If foiled tight it'll retain heat quite well.

It actually was not as done as I thought.  I did not probe it very deep.  So I bumped it back up to 225
