Turkey and a ham for T Day

I made both a Turkey and a Ham for the big day

Both in the GOSM   I started the 13# turkey 10:00 pm wednesday night and took it off around noon on thursday

the ham was precooked so i just warmed it up for about four hours with some nice cherry wood smoke bath

my turkey is the front right platter, middle platter is the oven tukey, for those who dont like the smokey taste,

but at the end of the night the smoked turkey is gone while the oven turkey is still half full

ham was gone as well


we had a good day
