I fired up the smoker despite the 93F heat today. I had to get some short ribs in my belly.
I coated the short ribs with some Kinder's Santa Maria Rub that

recommended. When they got to 110F I coated them with my new favorite BBQ sauce Jack Daniel's Honey BBQ.
I also added some store bought hot Italian sausages and of course jalapeno pepperoni poppers. I was going to use bacon but I guess the wife found and ate the bacon I prepped a couple days ago.

Man those smoked short ribs with the Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce were the best. It was all great but now I know smoked Italian sausages taste better than pan frying them.
