I have been wanting to do this for years and now that I finally bought a smoker and got a grinder for Xmas I can give it a whirl. I purchased the hi mountain cracked pepper and garlic sausage kit. For the breakfast sausage I got the original and maple seasonings. I have 30 lbs of venison and I have about 30lbs of pork trimmings. Going to go heavier with pork for the breakfast sausage. Will post q view once I have it completed. Hope it turns out. Could be a huge money saver.
