I have a 300 oval fuel oil tank and I have decided to build a reverse flow smoker. Just wondering what people find for fire boxes or do u build them from scratch? Any hints or pics would be appreciated. Also how many vents should I put in the firebox? Really that is my biggest question now is with the firebox. Also I am up in North Dakota so would there be any tips for cold weather smoking?
