Got bored so I thought I would try making some jerky. Had some American Harvest Seasoning and cure sittin around that came with the dehydrator. Not sure why I never tried it. Guess it was a post last night on elk jerky. Anyway made a batch out of the original and 1 of teriyaki. Pretty good stuff made out of just ground beef.
