Traffic controller cabinets

Wanted to show you the different controllers cabinets out there.

The ones below are T3 and T2 cabinets. Sorry but my phone makes them look fat.

This cabinet is much smaller, it a School flasher cabinet 22"x22"

These are T5's and T6's. The T6 is the taller one.

Walking up with a 12pk wont work, we have to take drug and alcohol tests several times a year. Even if youre not drinking on the job just having it can get you fired.

Stop by and tell them what a good job they are doing. In my shop our number one goal is your safety. PERIOD.

Maybe ask for a tour to get your foot in the door. See the only time people call us is when theirs a problem and 90% of the time we get cussed out. I have one lady that calls every week because my mother fing lights make her late for work. I've wanted to tell her "my signals dont make you late for work, your snooze button does". but it is what it is.

Ask how we get rid of cabinets, most of the time we have to pay people to haul them off. Offer to do it for free. The key is you MUST dispose of the electrical components in a lawful manner.

This would not make a good smoker. It was hit by a stolen suv running from the police.

One of those cabinets would be perfect for what I want to do.  I'm having trouble finding one though.  I've called the nearby public works and they tell me that they don't wear out and they don't have any old ones to sell/give away.  Any thoughts?

You'll have to keep trying. I will say you'll have better luck face to face and not over the phone, we get on avg 100-200 calls per day. Another place is private traffic control co's.
