Well, she is definitely not new anymore.

Pork butt at about the 5.5 hour mark.

Looking good. It's a fairly small shoulder so she is getting ready to be taken to pulling temperature.

So far it has done,

4 pork butts
1 brisket
10 racks of loin backs
1 bacon explosion

I love this thing.
