todays misc smoke q-view

well i am doing a mixed smoke today a fattie,some chicken,and a pastrami.
The fattie is a cheese steak fattie,The chicken is just chicken with grillmates chicken rub and the pastrami was based on rocapps smoke posted here.
well here is a pic going into the smoker this morning.

Yes i am having fun but woke up feeling like i am getting a cold colds suck in the summer.lol
well the chicken didnt last long enough for a pic they were only thighs that i had they were tasty the fattie was also good was able to get a pic before it was all gone needed more filling.lol but tasty and went fast.will get some pics of the pastrami in a few
