Today's Christmas Party smoke

Just got the chickens started.... ham to follow....




tryin' to pre-heat a couple oak sticks... and removed the bark... for fuel... have a little apple and pear for the smoke....

the ham got finished in the oven.... gave another bird away... party was good and everyone had good compliments on the meat....
