as good as it is out of the smoker, the next day seems to be the best. I don't know what it is, but once it is cooled and then re heated, I like it twice as much, especially ribs and pulled pork. Nice pics, looks very good!
In microwave or oven.
Depends on how you have it stored I guess. I use Foodsaver containers to store extras and microwave to reheat.
The day after its cooked I still have in a foil pan and will place that in the oven at low temp, with foil over top to keep juices in, stir ocassionly still warm
