Title Stages Question

I've noticed that I have gone from Newbie, to Fire Strater, to Smoke Blower, all within the last 2 months. My question is, how does your "Title" change? Also, how many and what are the "Titles" that precede the coveted "OTBS Title"? Are there any more steps above that?

Your tittle changes after so many posts. You have to be nominated and then approved for OTBS and I don't believe there is anything past that here.

Hmm I think the title changes after so many POINTS..which change with so many posts in addition to the points you are given my other members.
