threads going to email list

is there anyway to stop these threads going to my email? seams like it takes a while to delete them.

There is a way to fix that. When you post, at the bottom of the text dialog there are choices, sometimes its hard to remember to click the options. Once you change it it stays the same.

In your profile page....   PREFFERENCES ...   Notifications....    click on your permanent choice....
