Hey All...wife and I are about buy a new house, and the garage had a wood stove it looks like at some point.  I have to think of something to make this work.....anyone got any ideas....or cautions/concerns?

Thanks!

I would tear the chimney down and use the brick to build a BBQ / Fire pit for Friday Cocktail Hour...   I don't believe the chimney would pass an Insurance company's inspection....

I agree with Dave.   It wouldn't cost that much to build another one.  A day project at most.    Ideas are endless this this building.   It would make a great smokehouse.

Thanks guys....I think I was just excited at a chimney in the garage....  Plus...My wife sort of politely reminded me that the roof needs to be redone first.....lol
