Looks pretty good - if I can decipher correctly was that chicken and pork chops? What kind of rub did you use? Wood type? How did everything turn out?

I used a pretty generic rub (Smoked Papirka, Brown Sugar, Onion powder, garlic powder, dry mustard, Cayenne, Ground Red Pepper, Cumin, Hickory flavored Sea Salt, and Fresh Black Pepper)... smoked it over cherry wood everythign was great there was nothing left over... Or people hid it in there bags and snuk it out... its happened before....

thats a whole chick (halved) the hardest part about this is trying to get it off the grill without it falling apart on you... we generally use 1 half for chicken salad but not this time.

I couldn't take the pictures fast enough everyone was invading my BBQ space snatching pcs when I went to get a serving plate. Sorry I can't offer any more qview seboke

I've had to go thru that before! Pain in the butt cause ya can't share with us in the forum, but a great compliment from the fed ones!!
