Sorry, a little late posting this one. No pics of the smoker going, was super busy, sorry.

3 top eye rounds about 5-6 lbs each, two pork tender lions about the same weight. This was for my wedding last Saturday. Smoked it all up on Friday, sliced, placed in pans with some stock to keep moist. Heated up the next day in our chafing gear. Everyone loved it.
I wish I had pics of the meat plated, but I honestly never took time, even with my own plate once I had 5 minutes to eat.
