Its just not getting enough use to justify the space on the patio.

But the one thing I would miss, is smashburgers. I've heard of doing smashburgers on the flat side of Grill Grates on a Weber Kettle. Has anyone done this ? If so, are the problems with it ?

You can always do smash burgers in a CI pan on your Weber.

I have a 20" CI griddle that fits on my 26 Kettle. I'm wondering if it gets hot enough. I'm pretty sure the Grill Grates will.

Kosmo does smashburgers on a Ballistic griddle on a 22 Kettle. It worked for him but he said it wasn't as hot as he's use to.

I think it will. Might take a few minutes to get there.
