Evening folks, I wanted some input on a fatty. I have never done one and have little knowledge of them. But from what i have read you can pretty much put anything inside of it. Anyhow my idea is to get italian sausage(remove them from the casing) and put lots of mozzarella and pepperoni and then to wrap in in bacon. I assume i would smoke it at 225-250 until 160?
What i wanted to know is what could I add or do to make it really spectactular.
