Hello Paul.  I told you I didn't have a life.  

  I answered the question about the therm.  The folks below should have everything you need for wood chips.  They have a website but I just buy off E-Bay.  Pellets are a different story.  Get the large wood chips.  The small just fall through the grate.  Keep Smokin!
