Finally got a good Spring snow, we were starting to look a little dry around here.

Supposed to be sunny and warming trend starting tomorrow. No frost in the ground and it was thirsty so I suspect all will be gone shortly and not much mud, a very good thing.

Woke up Friday morning and it was snowing. Went to bed and it was still snowing. Woke up this morning and still snowing. We ended up with about 4 inches on the ground, but a lot of it melted when it hit the ground on Friday. No pics, though. The snow was well past due as we didn't get nearly as much as we normally do in March. Still have some on the ground an trees, but the drive way is almost clear now.

Did not realize Colorado got snow like that this late! I thought Ohio was nuts
Snows here as late as June some years. Gone the next day but I often get snowed on planting fields, or used to, April through June. It’s actually snowed here on the 4th of July on a couple years. If you don’t like the weather in Colorado, wait 15 minutes, it will change in spring and fall mostly.

Gotten more rain recently than snow in Minnesota. Usually we get a couple good snows in March/April. Last few years of been more rain than snow. Systems seem to go south of us with big snow.

I want to say it was 2001, we got almost 50+ inches in late May, knocked down a bunch of trees and collapsed the roof on the hot springs pool.

My boys were born in March and April respectively, it almost always snows around their birthdays. May, June, just stay tuned, lol.

Wow that's a lot of late snow, but if dry out there , I bet it is well needed.

you got more on your side than we did. Heres what we got.

Love that view of the mountains Dave.

Would love to have that here for some moisture. Would prefer it in the form of rain, but would take anything. First year could have actually put potatoes in the ground by good Friday. Soil is not near warm enough to do anything anyhow, so will wait.

Cool pics! We had an inch of rain Thursday evening and it’s currently raining now. Much needed moisture and thankful.
