Just put on a pork tenderloin and some LC baked beans. Another smf member ( Bertjo44 ) is on the way over to help enjoy. There are high wind advisories in the area so I hope I do not have to finish inside. If I can get my camera working we will get some pics up.

Another SMF get together I wasn't invited to.....

J/K Sounds great, hope all goes well for you guys; and remember to have a few brews !!!

Garlic goes on everything. I actually have 2 rubs that I i am trying to day. Pamperedchief smokey mnt BBQ rub and pamperdchief jamaican jerk rub all mixed up. Maple wood for todays choice.

Hang in there with the wind! It hit 25 to 30 mph last night while I was smoking but I made it through!

Hello!

I saw you guys were local so I thought I would say hi!
Winds are high here as well, so I am not cooking. Let me know when yours is finished, I will be over!!

well, had to finish about the last 15 minutes in the oven. It still turned out great. I have learned several things today. I love using maple wood. Smells awesome while cooking, I love my baked beans cooked in the smoker, I love John Boy and Billy's 3 pepper Hot sauce on smoked pork tenderlion and My smoke say she loves the smell of the maple smoke on me, says I might get 2 of my favorite things today. 1 being smoked meat. Sorry still no source to post qview.

I got it to 150 and put it in the oven to 160, It was pretty dog gone good. I have no problem finding tenderloin but a little trouble finding just loin.

I can verify, it was good. Tried it with BBQ sauce (forgot the brand), some SC mustard style sauce and the JB&B 3 Pepper sauce, all great, 3 pepper was the best. His beans are a family get together staple but were 'kicked up a notch' as Emeril would say, by being smoked, then slaw & corn bread to top it off, mm mm good. Kroger even did a good job on the Chocalate silk pie.
