I always wanted to keep a keg and build somthing out of it. How in the heck do you keep that thing balanced on the edge of that table.............Never mind, I better go out to the pole barn and grab another beer myself.
Is that aluminum? Are you worried about burning through the bottom eventually? Looks like it will do a good job searing meats. Do you usually sear your ribs? Sorry bout a;ll the ?'s.
I call it "rocket hot!" and searing requires flames in this case..and free evap of moisture. Never use a lid, but you can use a spatter screen if ya like.
