I got finished sat afternoon about 4pm started butts and fatty about 1am. I loaded the fatty with cheese,hash bowns and seasoned with cajun spices it turned out really good. The butts were great I seasoned with jeffs rub and it was the best pork Ive ever done. Im going to try to post pics. I will have to down size pictures first.
