Just got done with the reverse flow , cleanup, touch up, removed the racks, removed both racks in warming box, removed both plates ( reverse flow plates ) mine overlap and can be removed, ( to clean )  re-assembled and touched up with high temp paint ... now, , am I good for another year, year and a half ??  ......lol ...
 
Sounds like an afternoon well spent.
Now you have to do a big cook, and post it up for our Q-View pleasure.

That reminds me... I need to de-grease the lower section of my Char-Broil grill and order new burners for it.
